If someone cancelled the visa and left bahrain but came back after some time (Driving licence is still valid that time ) , Then is it possible to use same driving licence or are they supposed to do the whole process again of obtaining new licences? ( The confusion arises from the thought that CPR number in driving licence will be different to the new  CPR issued after re entering the country with new visa )

This is a new scenario for me, I think if you can reach out to Traffic directorate and they would confirm it.

if you have not completed your probation period as mentioned in your offer letter then employer always has the upper hand.

Well if passport holder is assigned and issued same CPR number then i think it wouldn't be a problem,  But if CPR changes everything else also changes.
Anyways thank you for your reply 🙂

Your question is not clear

Neemish

Dear,

If your CPR number is different from the old CPR number. This is a clear case of error who applied for your new work permit. The CPR number never changes for a person in life even you left the country and came back after any number of years.

You might have changed your passport. In this case, a new Passport number might be only used when applying for the visa and the old passport number was not mentioned. This is the reason you have been allotted a new CPR Number.

Please ask your employer to raise the support in E-Support using old passport copy, Old Residency permit & CPR Copy under the section Duplicate CPR.

They will just update your CPR Number to the old one. Get your CPR card reissued and you are all set.

I hope you find this information helpful. Please send me a personal message if you need any clarifications regarding any process in Bahrain.

Dear,

If you have not completed 1 year of service with your current employer. You will not be able to change the company.

If you are planning to shift the company at the end of 1 year of service. File Intention to transfer at LMRA Sitra and the employer will not be able to renew your visa.

If you have a 2-year visa. Send a resignation letter to the company address mentioned in the SIJILAT portal with the acknowledgement card.  Give the acknowledgement card copy to the new sponsor with the resignation letter copy and he will process the rest and there will no issues in the company transfer.

I hope you are able to use the information.

Sir
I have a uae license if I change in Bahrain license . when I came back uae then I take same license or not please reply

I think I responded to someone else on the same topic.

Simple answer, not exactly. Bahrain traffic sends the UAE license to RTA and they mark it as "impounded" in your RTA record.  You can get it from RTA Deira branch if you move back to UAE and once you have a valid residence visa.  If it expires prior to that then you might need to take a test again....depending on how long the license has been expired for. This happened to me and many other people.

However, if you have a valid UAE visa when you convert the license; you can try and convince Bahrain Traffic to let you keep the UAE license as you are resident in both places.  It used to work and quite a few people managed to keep their UAE license.
