I am from the US working as a Contractor with Aramco. I started in June 2016 with a descent day rate. I work 28 x 28 and only get paid for time at work. I do not have an Iqama and work under a business Visa. At the end of this year my Employer will loose their contract and we will now have to sign for less than our original sign on day rate. My current contract does not say anything about End Of Service. Are we eligible for this ?

Signing contract with change of per hour rate or salary its all upto you that if you agree or not, but yes EOSB (end of service Benefits) are applicable once you are working with a company on Iqama, but on business visa its just like a contract work. If you are not working under there iqama you are not entitled for EOSB.

Not eligible.

EOSB not applied for your case.
