Greetings from Kathmandu!!!

I just landed here last week and still trying to find my way around the city. I've been an expat to 3 other different Asian countries before moving here. Nepal may not offer the kind of lifestyle and convenience as my previous country of residence BUT the city has just so much character.

I'm a freelance producer and now on a lookout for a good story angle or subject that i can do a documentary with.

Hi Julien,

A family member is going to be based here for a year and I'll be living here for 3 months. I'll be travelling for a month and will be working for the rest of my stay.

Kathmandu is too rustic (but very crowded) for my taste but there's something so intriguing about this small Himalayan kingdom.

I am wanting to relocate to Nepal...how are you liking it there? What would be the best way for me to find safe housing? I'm attorney in the U.S. and also want to practice there. Any suggestions??
