Hi
My current employer renewed my iqama after 2 days of acceptance of my registration. While submitted the registration more than a week of my registration acceptance. I'm already breaking the contract and agree to pay 2 months notice period, but my company HR forcing me to pay the money for iqama renewal too, more than 9000sr otherwise he will make me runway. While they renewed my iqama was still valid for 3 and half months.
What should I do.

salambhai

You paid family levy too?

Hamid Hasan40

No, I'm not
I'm single

salambhai

Bro better pay the 9000 sar .. to avoid runaway

Hamid Hasan40

That's what I'm going to do tomorrow,
Pray that after taking the, they accept my transfer, not make my final exit
Thanks for your concern
Allah bless you 🙏

in that case you can let the both current new employer talk directly the cost of the iqama new employer can pay , else you dont have other option to pay for iqama fee with will be around 9500 something and besides this 2 months salary can be negotiated and wave all depends how good you keep your relation with company management and HR
