Ha Ha Ha. Firstly welcome to the forum but.
Perhaps your enquiry is better suited within the classifieds?
Supplying your business intentions and the expertise you seek? "I'm wanting to start a business" means little.
Instead of suddenly putting yourself in the drivers seat asking members for their resumes you should advise what they are getting into and what they could lose.

OMO but perhaps you should advise interested persons here if you are negotiating rocket fuel prices or a Sari Sari store before they bother to send a resume to an unknown contributor that could potentially be scamming or very inept.
I call it pencil sharpening.

Stiff competition here.  No less cutthroat than any country. As said you should have stated your intentions from the start and not ask for resumes from rocket scientists or lowly film technicians such as myself.
Vice Ganda or his office would be my first port of call and not a bunch of semi and retired guys on an expat site. Perhaps a head hunter or a relevant site could help you better.

LOCK UP if it will include any travel out of Phils by Filipinos, because the law made against Human trafficing is WIDE making some in other countries obvious legal businesss become ILLEGAL in Phils, including jail...

Agencies for OFWs have solved it by at least some of them have their offices ABROAD to avoid that Phil law somehow.
