No surprise, PPKM for Bali & Java extended till 13 september, the restrictions remains the same, u can find it at the link below.

Yeah, but restaurant situated in closed building/location should not accept dine in, only delivery and take away, but in Bali nobody follow that rule, I got lunch in some restaurant in closed location, of course I cheched if there was not many people sitting inside.
