Have they asked you for money?

Have they asked you to pay for airfare and visa costs and they will pay you back?

If so it is a scam.

I don't know, because I am confused should I send them my docs or not.

Once I will send then maybe I will come to know they are asking for something.

How did the company first get your CV?
Did you send it to them? 
What was the position ?

I would not send any documents, especially passport copy,  through as I believe it is a scam.

It was mentioned in the mail that they received my CV through Online Database.

I did not send anything. But I applied for so many jobs that even I don't remember.

Nevermind I am not sending anything because I even don't trust them.

Today I received same mail after sending documents. They give no. And job offer letters. It's totally scam...

This offer is a SCAM.

This is fake and it is from an Indian person. He stole about 30,000 rupees from me. I am complaining about him.

I too got a mail with job offering letter and contacts. Don't know if it is fake or genuine.

Money is one aim these thieves are after, but they might well be interested in identity theft as well.
Things like your passport, birth certificate, and other documents that give away personal information are gold to these people.

A good way to check if the email is scam or not, is to check their website.

The following website does not even open: "newbrightonmall.com" so it's definitely a scam.

However if the website does open, you can check their domain authority here:

If the DA is too low, it's another indication that the website is scam.

Generally, at the moment with the border closed, few people are hiring from offshore as people cannot easily get in to NZ.

Also, NZ companies will NEVER charge you for a job. Neither will employment agents (the company pays them, not the employee). So if you are asked to pay then you're beings scammed.

Not quite true - My site doesn't open at the moment because of a fire in my web host's building.
However, scam sites commonly don't get renewed so die or, if there are enough complaints, they can get taken down.

Scammers get a pay day because people ignore the obvious in the hope of getting some cash.

Be very careful.  If they ask you to pay for your visa then it is a fraud.

Hi i have got same things and i have noticed and taken advised some of my close friends who stays outside and he has confirmed that it is not Genuine. Normally any company never asked all your details unless we have got interview or official mail from the site and Most of international company does not hire directly. for my side i feel it is fake but if really want to know then go to official web site  and mail them with all the details.

Asked for documents. If that is the case, they might well ask for a cheque. That not only gives them the means to steal money as they can cash the cheque with the passport details they have, but it leaves them in a position to go for identity theft.

Since most of the emails have gone to Indians, it's most likely part of the massive scam industry based in that country.

Bit obvious, but there will be more people asking if it's a scam because greed and/or desperation comes before reading answers for too many people.

Hello everyone have received a offer letter from Brighton mall.

5 days back I received a mail with nterview questionnaire form, after sending this with all documents today they mailed me Offer letter, and asked to contact Mrs Stella Brielleal an immigration Attorney working under New Zealand Embassy in India for procurement of visa. I guess it's a scam and Let me see they demand for money or not.

They will now ask you for money, but you have given them everything they need to steal your identity and take out a bunch of credit or whatever in your name. If you sent your bank details, talk to your bank immediately.

That one action could well cost you years of misery with debt collectors swarming all over you, being refused loans, and not being allowed to open new bank accounts.

If you sent your passport, that could be cloned and used for terrorist or other criminal activity. It's possible you could end up on no fly lists or even arrested as a terrorist suspect.

I just point blank refused to fill in an internet cancellation form because the provider (who I know is real) uses an external site for their forms, but people send everything scammers need to ruin their lives without a thought.
