Yes! Institut Catholique de Toulouse 31, rue de la Fonderie. It's not too far from the Pont Neuf. Good luck!

Hi

You could try Toulouse Language Centre (www.tlselc.com). Right in the centre. My mum goes to evening classes there and loves it - fun and loads of speaking practice, which isn't always the case when learning French!
