Car Export from Dubai to Oman

Hello All,
Does anyone has idea about the procedures to export car from UAE to Oman.

I have imported my car from Oman to UAE recently ( 6 months before), I have already paid VAT and custom duty while this car was imported to Dubai. Since I am exporting this car from Dubai, is there any chance to get the custom duty / VAT refund ?
