Your employer needs to provide justification after they contact MoM and get specifics of what is lacking in your application.

could it be possible, the sector among the reasons for failing in the application?..quota have.. but they say (Cross Deployment Eligibility is only applicable for Construction Workers within the Construction Industry OR Process Workers within the Process Industry) .its mean,i need resign current job first?

It means your background needs to fit the job.
Do not resign before new pass is approved.

You can read many experiences of appeals on the forum. How long it takes differs greatly from case to case!

I’m a Bangladeshi nation . Since 2009 to 2018 I was work in Singapore construction industry. 2018 I was leave Singapore. But now December 2021 my previous company apply my new IPA but 2 time rejected. My company HR told me MOM don’t give any rejected reason . Now what can I do ?

Eleas: You could ask your employer to find out why it was rejected. Or you could look for a job in another country.

My company Admin told me MOM not given any reason or advisory f FFT or this rejection. I’m already 10 years working hard for build my position in Singapore, so now not easy to find job other country

Eleas: I am sorry for your situation. But without knowing and removing the rejection reason, you can hardly make any other successful application within Singapore. Of course this requires some action on the employer's side - you cannot force them.
