Once you get old as an expat in Spain who helps you with general day to day tasks like shoping or changing a light bulb.
Is their any after care service such as the Nhs provides in the uk

I have a friend who is volunteering for an organization that helps the English speaking elderly here find assistance. I can ask her more about it and give you more details. I will be seeing her today.

I am so sorry it took me so long to get back to you (a month!!!). This is an organization that provides help to English speaking people. https://www.ageinspain.org/ The website says it is for UK people living here, but my friend assures me it is for all English speaking ex-pats in Spain. I hope this helps.
