Anyone received recently the RP in Flanders , whatโ€™s the average lead time?
Ritesh Gupta
Hi,
Applied for SP on 28th July and received the privacy notice from BE Social Security on the same date.
Still waiting for WA which generally takes 7 days to a month. For me, it's already almost a month now.

Can someone tell me please what is the max time to get WA also is there any way to check why it's getting delayed?
serdary4
@Ritesh Gupta

It depends on your file. If you submit all of the reuqired documents, the wp may be issued in even 5 days. Otherwise, the missing document, such as apostilled police record, may cause the extension of the issuing date to three months.
Slhr

@Ritesh Gupta Hi!, I have submitted my application the 19th of July. I called the department who is processing the WP as I was a bit worried as well and it seems they have a delay with the files. Right now, they are reviewing the documents that were sent the 10th of July.ย  So, I guess we have to wait a few more weeks.

bc2910

@Ritesh Gupta Which region did you apply to?

Guest7834

@Slhr, are you talking about Brussels capital region?

annexe 46: waiting

The employer sent an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and asked him to wait due to the large number of requests.

What do you advise me to do?
Divina243

@single permit you are still waiting that long

It doesnโ€™t seem normal. The authorities have to come to a decision within 120 days, otherwise you automatically obtain the single permit (annexe 47). Did the authorities request any additional information during the process?
single permit

@bc2910 no, they didn't.

nmsas1

@Azed13 How depressing. Hoping for a miracle that it somehow takes less than 10 weeks.

nmsas1

@Yas122 It was my husband who applied, but yes he did apply as a skilled worker and his work permit which he FINALLY received was issued on the basis that he qualifies as a highly skilled worker.

Ritesh Gupta

@Slhr Alright !

Any idea how long will it take ?

-@bc2910

Please, where can I find the article that talks about this?

Ewms

@serdary4ย  Yeah you are right. Got an update that my WP was approved 1 month after application (13th July). Now waiting for the Annex 46

Ewms

@nmsas1 yeah, it seems there is a delay at immigration. I was notified by the lawyer handling my case my WP was approved and sent to immigration about a month after the application (13th July). Now waiting for Annex 46 and it is now 7 weeks since the file was sent to immigration, we followed up two weeks ago but still waiting. However, when I checked the immigration website, they did mention that due to the huge number of cases tey are reviewing, they are talking about 9 weeks now so I guess we still have to wait

Ewms

@patiltush You are right, my bad. The WP was received and was notified by the lawyer too. Now waiting for Annex 46

Ewms

@ntyassine Still waiting, 7 weeks now for me

Cy276
