Single Permit Processing in 2022

Hey guys, my deadline for 120 days ends up today(if it’s 4 months, i still have 3 more days). I saw threads mentioning that you get an annex47 automatically once the deadline ends, which was also what the embassy told me.
But according to the related websites, it says ‘approval deemed granted’ rather than ‘automatically’.
So I wonder do the authorities send you the annex 47 immediately once the deadline is up? Or do I have to contact the Immigration Office or whatever to get it?
My planned timeline is messed up, so I’m in urgency which can’t waste another day now.
Please share if you have anyone know about it. thanks again
My timeline, first application, Single Permit in brussel region

Hello ,
For this e who applied between the 18th and the 22nd of July in Flanders , have you received any Update ?
Best Regards
@Tonton_med
Hi
i got my nor reply for Flanders in the 18th of July
still no WP & no RP sofar
it is almost 8 weeks now.
i saw in the Emigration website that the actual process time now is 10 weeks. not ure if they are talking about the WP or the whole process.
Does any one know if the applications are processed strictly in date of first receipt order by the immigration office? My initial submission (Brussels) was on 1 July and WP was approved on 7 July. However it's been 9 weeks and I still haven't got my RP while I see a lot of you with similar timelines or even behind me have received your annex 46.
Have my visa appointment in one hour and I'm only hoping miracle can happen.

Has anyone else who shares a similar timeline received their work permit?
@dahliasbids0o - Based on the response from others in this forum, the below information I have to track my progress. Hope this might help you.
Region | Filed | WP
Brussels 03-Jun 06-Jul
Flanders 13-Jun 14-Jul
Flanders 13-Jun 18-Jul
Brussels 10-Jun 14-Jul
Flanders 13-Jun 14-Jul
Brussels 06-Jul 08-Aug
You can always contact your employer for updates. It can happen that the employer already got the WP approval but it is not necessary to share it with you until the SP (Annex 46) is approved. SP approval takes ~ 8-10 weeks after WP approval.
Does anyone who applied for Brussels got their RP recently? Please share. 4 months after application submitted, and 11 weeks after my WP approval but no news.
For me it tooks almost 11 weeks to get the WP and annex 46(Flanders region).
Region: West Vlaanderen
Application Date: 1 August
NoReply: 1 August
WP: Still waiting
SP: Still waiting
The longer the wait the bigger the stress.
Fingers crossed 🤞
Hi, guys! Anyone had their application sent to Actiris due to low salary for the highly qualified visa? What was the outcome?
I contacted the authorities on Tuesday to find out why I hadn't received the work authorization, even though the lawyer responsible for my application said that she will receive the work permit "shortly" after the authorities deemed my application as being "admissible."
I got a response on Wednesday morning and this is what they wrote:
Bonjour,
Cordialement,
As you all can imagine, this is causing A LOT of stress and anxiety, especially because when I had the first meeting during the recruitment process for this role, I expressed my concerns to the HR about the salary and the need to meet the threshold set by the government for single permit applications. The explanation she gave was this (and I'm paraphrasing): "We apply for single permits all the time below that threshold and they get approved. What happens is that the authorities grant you a residence permit of 3 years, instead of 1 year." She assured me it wouldn't be a problem, although I didn't fully trust her explanation, I accepted the offer once I was given it (after trying to negotiate, which they refused, saying that they start everyone at the same salary to maintain fairness), because I just wanted a job after 1+ years of interviewing and not getting anything.
I don't know when my file will return from Actiris and I'm dreading what their decision will be. The role is a tech role in a FinTech company in Brussels, but it's entry level. I forwarded the response to them (company) on Wednesday, and it's been radio silence since. It is also important to mention that my start date has been moved FOUR times already due to many delays (on their part) in applying for the single permit.
Application date: July 29th (as informed by lawyer)
Privacy email received: August 2nd
Request for all the pages of my passport: earlier, but the lawyer only informed me on August 25th
Application deemed admissible: August 29th
Decision from Actiris: waiting
WP: waiting
RP: waiting
Anyone had this experience before and received a positive outcome from Actiris?

I wish you as soon as possible.
It is really stressful waiting.
Guys I have applied for the single permit from 1 August and now waiting in my home country (Albania).
The problem is that I need to travel to Belgium because my son has to go to school.
Does anybody know if it is allowed to wait in Belgium till I get any answer from immigration office?
Thanks in the advance
@corporateminorista I don’t know whether this information would be helpful to you but if you have employee benefits as an extra in your contract, such as private health insurance, pension account, company car etc. the employment office adds this into the salary calculation but sometimes they forgot to take them into account and send the application to Actiris. If it is the case you can ask them to recalculate the salary + benefits.
@bc2910,
Thanks for your reply! I have all the "standard" Belgian extralegal advantages minus a company car (which I don't want and don't need); the company will be paying for my public transportation through a yearly subscription. I have meal vouchers, eco cheques, hospitalization insurance (with DKV, which is supposedly the best in Belgium), and group insurance.
I'm hoping for a positive outcome. It's the wait/not knowing that is killing me.
Hope this week brings more clarity!
