Type: Highly Qualified - Initial Single Permit (due to Change of Employers)

Region: Flanders (previous Employer was in Brussels)

Date of application: 30 March 2023

No-Reply: Not received. Depending on how your employer applied, you may not always receive this yourself. 

Work Permit: 10 May 2023

Single Permit: 5 July 2023

Finally got the approval from the immigration office that my new single permit is approved yesterday. Now I will need to apply for a new electronic residence card from my commune, which will take another 2-3 weeks.

@Hunny Bini Thanks! But I don't understand what you mean by that. I did not track my application status from any system (not sure if this is even possible). I provided all dates above

- Date of application (as the employer told me) : 15 April 2023

(they told me that they have applied and the social security demanded a fee for the immigration service) (this their first time doing this procedure)

- No-Reply Privacy Email: Received 5 July (i dont know why now because the told that they have applied 15 April)

small UPDATE:

Today my employer checked the status in online system and it's still "newly submitted" and no more updates even though it's been 7 weeks from the application date

Online system not showing  accurate decision.

My rp approved at 27.06 but online system still shows admissible.

Financial Solvency is required for single permit??

@maharaji1984 Please do you know how the employer can get updates if the online system is not accurate?

So it took almost 4 months for everything

If you count from application to get your residence  card it's almost 6 months.

My invitation to municipality is on 02.08.2023 and there is minimum waiting time 15 days to get pin codes in your post box.

After that  new booking from municipality to collect your card can take up to 7 days.
