If you are not successful with tiny Malta
try Canada
this place is much bigger
even bigger than Nigeria.
Something like 97% of people here are vaccinated. It’s not a happy place for unvaccinated - expensive quarintine, difficult travel and more.

@Julien Hi.My wife and I live in Mexico. I'm British, she's Mexican but has British nationality also. I'm a permanent resident. Our two kids look as if they're making a life in Europe. One has married a Belgian national, the other has residency in Belgium and works there. So, we're interested in moving to Europe. After Brexit has f'd everything up for us...We don't have enough net worth to pay a million Euros for a passport. Or half a million for that matter. We are worth enough to be able to buy property, perhaps more than one. I guess my main questions will be:1. As Malta permanent residents would we get access to the national healthcare system? (Please don't suggest private, it's unaffordable.)2. " " " " " " would we still be limited to a maximum of 90 days / 180 in other Schengen states such as Belgium or Ireland?- @Novelist

Hi everyone ~ another newbie here!Malta was our 2nd home growing up, every holiday was in Malta & my parents had lots of friends & family there. Was lost mum in 2014 (in the UK) so dad decided to move out to Malta, he brought a lovely apartment in St Paul’s Bay and spent 4 happy years there. Sadly 3 weeks ago he passed away in Mater Dei, thankfully we were out there on holiday with our children but it was still a shock.Anyway, now we are through the minefield of bringing dad home to be buried with mum I now have the fun task (🤪) of moving ARMS & Go over to my name as I am the sole heir to Dad’s estate in Malta and our Notary is sorting everything out (very slowly)I have so many questions to ask - I will look for the relevant topic threads and will get posting 👋- @ebaysmithette
@Julien i get connected with one agent and he told me that we will provide you open work permit for Malta and all i have to just find employer there. Atlast i thought if I'm able to find jobs there then surely my employer will give me work permit. Then why i need this open work permit and is there any such work permit available....i hope he is making fool of us....
- @rajc401
I didn't pay anything now bcz I'm all aware of this type of agent but to make sure i raise my question here. Still I'm trying for last 2years to find job in Malta by self prepared gathering information from social media . Still i believe if i find jobs on my own try then it's good otherwise I'm not going to this fake agent. Day to day I'm keep learning about the procedure and find job in some of good sites in Malta... career jet, job sin Malta etc ...- @rajc401
