You may find a tennis partner if you come on the forum and join in a few threads so Members get to know you and then maybe see if they wish to meet or play tennis, many people may not want to go and meet a random stranger who they know nothing about or have never talked to.

Maybe this long and off topic debate about who needs what and where should be put on its own thread,, leaving the OP (tennis partner seeker) to get on with finding someone to play with?

What happened to this??. -  I thought it was a reach out for tennis players, turned into a "I know more about vaccines than you do". For once I'd like to Not Have To Read about Vaccines when the topic is something else.

They were going to demolish it but I think its still there. Went there about 12 years ago, very interesting place.

Goes to show how social life has diminished over the last few years here. All the tennis courts have closed down around me, my favourite cafe gone, the best massage parlour in the area gone...kids stuck at home, the wife paranoid about covid...this is no way to live!!!!
