Is there is any british nursery ?

My husband got job offer from Neom. We may move there in march but because of work a family compound is full he can’t take us there for now. I may stay nearby city which is in Tabuk. I have 2 years old daughter. Is there is any british nursery ? Any Western compound? I would’t be greatful you would help me to understand. Thank you
