Traveling from Dammam to Kuwait for expat

Dears ...
i m looking for detail information to travel by road from Dammam to Kuwait by road.
i need to know...
1- Visa on arrival
2- If visa on arrival is not available then what's the other way round
3- road and views ... is it worthy by road to explore or not.
4- Border visa stamping process is it fast or slow.
5- can we take ciggrates with us .. as i saw on one famous site that alchol and ciggrets are not allowed.
6- Do advice the places to visit in kuwait.
7- night life of kuwait.
8- any strange laws.
9- casino , disco , clubs or bars are available or not ? if YES where and estimated cost
10- best food place in Kuwait.

I will let others answer on the questions I don't know about.

But from my side:
1) Pakistani national iqama holders don't get visa on arrival to Kuwait ( or indeed any visa easily, unless something has changed recently)
2) Kuwait is a dry country i.e. no alcohol.  Hence no bars, clubs etc
3) Driving standards are absolutely horrible - worse than Saudi
4) Overt racism - probably the worst in the GCC

Honestly, if you ask me, it is not worth it to go to Kuwait if you are going for fun.  Go to Bahrain instead by road.
