Hi, I'm asking on behalf one of my friends. He is an Aluminum Technician by Iqama profession. About two month ago he registered with SCE in order to change his profession to land surveying. He submitted fees (500+200), uploaded documents and got a valid membership. After about one week he got an email from TADKEEK that contact your home country as there is some discrepancy in your uploaded documents. Could anybody please tell me what its meaning ?

I think their documents are not attested by the Foreign affair and Notre. And the second one may be the school or institute that give him these documents are not a registered institute kindly share their institute name we can track for you are they are registered or no

Thanks for your reply, So in case, his documents are not verified due to whatever reason (like no record found in home country as it was an older certificate or college is not existed anymore), would he be able to renew his IQAMA (that is on older profession) ? And what will happen with his SCE membership afterwards?

Nope.
He will not be able to renew his iqama. That will be a big problem.
He has to submit a valid certificate or he has to leave KSA in time.

Could you plz tell the procedure to submit a valid certificate? And if he leaves KSA in time (as there is 8 months in expiring his IQAMA) would he be able to return KSA again on new visa?

They need one year Certificate of that profession which he has already chosen.
That Certificate should have been attested from Ministry of Interior Pakistan along with Marking Transcript.
If he doesn't has any diploma from a recognised/registered with government institute then may be, may be, SCE allow him one year temporary membership.
But after that he has to submit an authentic Certificate.
And yes, he can leave before iqama expiry and can come back on another visa.

He has submitted the certificate that is not being verified from his home country. And his SCE membership is valid yet. It has been 2 months since he got TADKEEK mail (in which they said that there is a discrepancy in documents). And he is in Pakistan now. Should he come back to KSA and take final exist before expiration of his IQAMA? And then if he comes back to KSA on a new visa (with another profession), would it be okay?

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)requirements state that foreign expat should have an accredited, authenticated, and attested Diploma from outside Saudi Arabia. Your friend has so far failed to re-submit verified and genuine Diploma to Tadkeek, on behalf of SCE. Ignorance of SCE reminder excuse no one. Your friend is awaiting severe punishment upon his return to KSA. Submitting forgery documents (FAKE) or providing false statements to Saudi authorities in the Kingdom is a serious offense. He will be banned, blacklisted, and may face a fine of up to SR1 million followed by deportation.

Hi,how are you? Issue with my friend is , he has been living in KSA as "Aluminum Technician" فنی المونیم from past 5 years. And he also knows land surveying work. Now he wanted to change his profession to "Surveyor" for that he made a registration in SCE, afterward he received TADKEEK email. Now he is in PAKISTAN, his SCE membership is valid till jan 2023 and his Iqama (old profession - فنی المونیم) is not expired yet (8 months remaining). Now if he doesn't reply to TADKEEK or SCE, would he be able to renew his iqama (with older profession) and should he come to ksa again?

Go to SCE if you have attested and valid diploma from a recognisable institute.
