Is it legal for an expat already employed somewhere work as Hungerstaion/Jahez delivery rider as a part time on weekends or night time ?

Yes, if you have your own vehicle.
Don't use company's car/vehicle.

My Iqama Professionis house driver.My saudi has no problem if I work when I am free. Most of the time I will be free. Can I register in HungerStation. Is it legal for my profession to work in HungerStation.
