Inquiry about travel ban and run away

I have a visa with a new company I'm working in now. I had finish my 1 year contract in another company. Since I joined a new company I requested them if I can visit home to see my family and permission was granted to me. Now at the airport I was stopped to consult the immigration office. When they check they said my 1st agent put for me a runaway case but when they called him he said no that issue we solve already.😭 I missed my flight. The police sent me to court with a request for them to remove the travel ban. They only took a copy of my visa and was told to go back on 21st. Can there be any problem bcoz I don't get it all. I don't understand. I'm confused I've lost money and ticket . If they remove the ban how long will take me to travel coz I have the ticket already 2 way flight.
