Name mismatch with travel document and Educational certificate

Dear All,

Today My EP Application rejected due to the reason of name mismatch with Education certificate and Passport.
In all transcript my name included with my father name. But in my passport my name included with my spouse name.

Is it enough to submit marriage certificate along with transcript or do i need to include any other affidavite also. ?

Please clarify. Thanks.

From the viewpoint of a buerocrat, documents with different names are for different people - and no explanation such as the one you gave will make them accept them as yours.
If your name is shown wrongly on some documents, you should have new and corrected ones issued.
If that is not possible, you need to get at least an official statement by the authority that issued the document, explaining the cause of the error and confirming that it is in fact you.

I was in the same situation - I submitted my marrige cert to prove my name change and MOM approved my application.

Thank u MoFu. Last week employer have submitted EP Application with Marriage certificate. Waiting for approval.

Did your pass got approved as I am in the same situation of name different in passport and educational certificates.MOM asked for the proof and my employer has submitted my marriage certificate along with my old passport copy before marriage.Are these documents enough along with an explanation letter on company letter head.
