Tenure wise and profession wise, don’t see an issue. However, there are several factors for strengthening your PR application.

I have my doubts: Since your spouse and kid are still in your home country, it is obvious that you do not count Singapore as your permanent residence.
I might be wrong and your positive factors outweigh this.
Please come back here and report the outcome, so we can learn!

Tbh the odds are not in your favor. Single woman, age, nationality, income, no sons. It’s the harsh and often unfair and biased system of pr approval here. But then again, you might just be one of the “lucky” few so keep faith!

I didn’t applied even once because
As we know the outcome for Indian race for the past years.
But due to Covid pandemic and health care workers demand organisations(hospitals) requested most of the foreign nurses to apply PR
This is my first time application
Sure I will update the outcome
