GOOD DAY, ALL !! can anyone give me advice I still have 2 years contract with my company. but my iqama will expire this May 15, 2022. I have a new company ready to give me a contract thru qiwa.  my concern is that  . do I need to worry if my current employer will file a case against me and give me an exit? .. and how many days actually after I accept the new contract will be officially transferred?

I NEED YOUR RELIABLE ANSWER... ASAP

@charlieowano21 Hi brother .. first of all what i understand that you think by QIWA you can transfer without informing your current employer, so that is not true at all, QIWA request will go to your company as well for approval if they will not approve you can not get transfer, if they approve for sure you can go to another company without any fear or tension, hope all your answers are clear by this little explanation.

contract does not matter if you company is willing to release, secondly if your iqama is neat to expiry you can submit resignation if you already have another confirm job but keep in mind you must finish notice period as per your company rules .

You need permission from your current employer.

Do not make any stupid decision, they can give you a final exit if you try to bypass them.
