Hello people!

Post new topic

Pirom001

Let me start by introducing myself!

My name's Peter but some friends back in the States liked to call me Lok.

I was born here in HK but I immigrated to San Francisco when I was 10 years old.

Just got back a week ago, I am now officially 18 and am struggling to adapt to my old home.

I am planning on living here for the next 3 years, so I am desperate for new buddies.

Hit me up guys and lets go hang out!

How was life in San Fran? What is the differences between San Fran and Hong Kong? JW

Pirom001

First of all, there's a major difference in weather.
SF was cool and fresh while HK is muggy and unbelievably hot.

Second is diversity, but its not too big of a deal since I am also an Asian and could easily blend in.

Third is cafes. For some reason, I can't seem to find too many coffee shops around Yuen Long. I had go all the way to ifc just to enjoy some nice cappuccino in a suitable environment for coffee-drinking.

But what I love about HK is that everything seems to come at ease. Not to mention the true meaning of convenience.

So what do HongKongers do for fun? I heard bowling was one of the leisure activities.
