Hello. I have decided to make a post listing all the Neighborhoods in Turkey in 2022 where you can no longer apply for your TRP(Temporary Residence Permit) in. Since there was no central list, and the information is all over the place I figured I would centralize it here for everyone that way it is easy for them to see.

There is no link to this because it is in an excel file. You can find the file by searching around the government website. But the list is still in Turkish, and not everyone will understand it.
All other websites that I looked up showing this information had only partial information or out of date information.
This is why I posted up the full list here because unless if someone speaks Turkish they will most likely not find what they are looking for online.
All people have to do is Press Control + F and bring up the search feature, and look up their province, and see if their city, and neighborhood appear on the list.
It will only get worse for expats in Turkey. Re-election is coming up, and every party including the ruling party is planning to try to get rid of as many foreigners as possible because this is what the majority of Turks want(Recent polls show 80% of Turks). Turks believe all foreigners are taking their jobs, and business, and that their country is a mess because of foreigners. Not because of their own bad economic policies, or their own failed social policies that have been implemented in Turkey for decades. So most parties have made the average Turkish citizen believe if they get rid of all foreigners Turkey is somehow going to be turned into a Utopia, and become the greatest country in the world.
The only people who will not be effected by these coming up rules are the people who are investing into the country for economic citizenship, or buying property for economic citizenship. Of course if you do invest and start a business in the country there is no guarantee that Turkey won't go full nationalist, and seize, and nationalize your business to win points from their election base. Also many foreigners I have spoke to are already saying they have to sell their property at a loss because the government won't allow them to sell their properties for the same price a turk would.
There is also no guarantee that if the nationalists get in power they simply won't end the economic citizenship program, and there is no guarantee they won't revoke the current citizenships everyone got through them.
Either way if I was going to buy a citizenship I would prefer to buy one in a more stable country that isn't bipolar like Dominica, or St kits and Nevis, or any of the other number of Caribbean islands who sell citizenship. Also it will only cost you half the price of an economic citizenship in Turkey now. Also if you are under 35 years old you don't have to worry about mandatory military service in the Caribbean islands even though this is a worry in Turkey, and will cost you even more money to pay your way out of mandatory military service in Turkey.
I was planning to retire in Turkey and bought apartment in Alanya few yers ago. Now I can't get residency permit. What a shame. I guess it was a sign not to make any long term plans associated with this country. Take care friends.- @sizam33
If your apartment is in Alanya, and the neighborhood is not on the list then you can still get a temporary residence permit, or ikhmet in that neighborhood. If it is on the list then the law says as long as you own the apartment/house and it is worth 60 thousand USD or more then you can still get a TRP or Ikhmet in that neighorhood. But if it is not worth 60 thousand USD or more then they will deny it.
hi recently i knew that my touristic application is rejected i want to know what options i have to stay in turkeylike i have 3 kids if i take admission in school1 apply for apeal2 insaani ikamet3 court case against the decisionwhat happened when the 10 days period of exit endsthanks- @nomansddq
You have to appeal it within the 10 days otherwise you can't appeal it, and you would "Legally" have to leave Turkey when your visa expires.
If your ikhmet was rejected because of the neighborhood you live in then an appeal won't work and you will have to try to apply for an ikhmet from another neighborhood. Either you will have to go rent an apartment in another neighborhood, or you will have to get a friend to write a letter and say you are staying with them.
If you are now one of the nationalities that are no longer allowed to apply for the ikhmet in Turkey then there is nothing you can do to get it by appealing.
If you apply for the "Temporary protection" the same rules apply as the tourist Ikhmet. You will not be able to apply from the same neighborhoods or it will be rejected. Also remember Turkey does not give permeant refugee status to anyone expect for Asylum seekers from Europe since they took over for the UNCHR in Turkey. They give everyone else besides Europeans Temporary protection.
If you have family in Turkey, and they are staying legally in Turkey you can try to apply for a family visa to come live with them in Turkey.
If none of these options are available to you or you are from a nationality that is being rejected for all ikhmets, and temporary protection then you will have no choice but to either leave Turkey, or stay illegally in Turkey until they either find you or deport you, or you leave one day, and they will either fine you for overstaying, or ban you from Turkey for a specific amount of time.
@nomansddq
Pakistanis are the nationality in Turkey now that are being rejected for all Ikhmets. The Turkish government will not renew them, or issue new ikhmets to any Pakistanis. They are effectivity removing, and deporting all Pakistani citizens from Turkey. The only way I know for a Pakistani now to stay in Turkey is to be married to a Turkish man/woman, and to have a family ikhmet.
@sizam33 Yes, you can obtain residency if your purchase date falls before April 2022. You'll have no trouble regarding any value.
@Randomguy2000 This is altogether false information.
