I want to build a small house in quartier militaire. Approximately how much a gray construction cost for 2 bedroom house? I just need rough estimate. Thanks a lot for any input.

Depends on square feet. About 1400 r per square feet is grey/low range.

Hello,

What would be the cost of adding T -beams in a house where contractor did not put beams, or saying he put dormant beams.

Please advise approximate price.
