Dear all,
I am officially working in Belgium for 3,5 years. due to occured events beyond my control, my contract has been terminated by employer.
Meanwhile i have applied for an Unlimited Work Permit and its status still Admisible.
On the other hand i have already found another job but authorities said that i cant work untill my single permit application approved.
My questions are:
- As i am a third country citizen, may i get benefit from the Unemployement benefit system?
- The gap that will occur while i am waiting for single permit and between first job end and second job start date would be a problem for Unlimited Residence Permit > Citizenship?
- Having unemployement benefit would have negative effect for future applications such as Unlimited Residence Permit > Citizenship?
