Hi Tenant,

 

I am the owner of a Unit in Condo, willing to rent out for Singles or Couples.

At Present Myself and my Daughter staying in the home.

My Second Bedroom is for rent, and Bathroom attached to next to it, so only used by Tenants only

Room is Fully Furnished, with Fitted wardrobe, small table, wall mounted TV, Queen size Bed, Ceiling Fan, Aircon. Room is Clean and Cousy.

Weekly Once the Room and the Toilet is cleaned by part time maid and is at Owners expence.

Wifi, Cable TV is availed in Room, Fridge available at kitchen and can cook as well. Washing machine can Use.

Condo facilities: Gym, Swimming Pool(3 nos), Steam bath, club house, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Jacuzzi, Kids paly ground, basketball, Golf small put, BBQ pits, karaoke room, Car park, outdoor Gym, 24hr Security available.

 

Rent- For Single: 1200$, and Couples: 1600$, All bills included.
