In my existing role, as Head of Finance at Farm Angel, a startup, I successfully implemented a structural internal reporting system and structured SOPs for each department which helped the management to get the reports and understand the business position on an actual basis. Also, managed to get 1st credit facilities in Farm Angel as a group which helped in increasing the business.

Previously, as a Global Product Finance Controller at Valency International, I was responsible for consolidating and analyzing the financial performance of the cashew kernel vertical, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing costs. I also empowered my team by providing individual training and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
