Rent a grand-piano practice room in HCM?

Hello everybody! I am a professional pianist, recently moved to HCM. Perhaps somebody knows, if I can rent a practice room with a grand piano for practicing myself and giving private lessons? Somewhere not too far from Tan Binh district.
I've figured out that finding a room with a grand-piano (I really need the sostenuto pedal and uprights don't have it) is not easy.

I have also invented a method for teaching blind children music theory, if also someone knows where I can look for any sort of possibilities to apply this method?
I would really appreciate any help!
