Description

We are looking for a Front Office employee for a Full-time and parttime position, who also have an affinity with Food & Beverage and a real sense of hospitality. There are two shifts that the Host undertakes; the morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00 and the evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00.

As a Front Office Employee you work all-round in the hotel. In your daily activities you report to the Front Office Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities;

Welcoming all our guests;

Check-in & check-out of guests;

Administrative and accounting tasks, associated with the reception;

Checking, remitting and accounting for received monies;

Processing payments and bookings in our PMS; MEWS

Assist guests with self check-in;

Processing reservations;

Guiding guests to their room or to one of the outlets within the hotel;

Clearing tables;

Supply from the mini market;

Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner supplies;

Work in accordance with HACCP guidelines;

Bringing guest supplies, assisting with guest requests;

Tidying up / cleaning of public areas and work areas.

You are;

All round

Hands-on

Good with computer systems

Motivated and independent

Guest-oriented, communicative and convincing

Living in / around Badhoevedorp because of the working hours

Furthermore you have;

a flexible attitude,

not a nine to five mentality

a completed MHS or comparable training

an excellent command of the English language

relevant F&B / Front Office experience, preferably Front Office

Skills

Motivated and independent

Living in / around Badhoevedorp because of the working hours
