What you'll do:
Help people navigate the digital world. Whether it's troubleshooting, guiding users, or fixing issues, your work will make a real difference.
Solve tech issues for customers via chat, email, and phone.
Keep up with the latest tech trends and updates to provide top-notch support.
Help users become more tech-savvy through guidance and tutorials.
Work with other teams to improve products and services based on user feedback.
What we offer:
Salary €1600 gross per month
Rent support €400 per month (12 month)
Food allowance €7.17
Medical and dental insurance
Relocation package
Shift pattern 40 hours a week Monday to Sunday 7am- 20:00.
