I have experience knowledge and skills in various diverse sectors ( Medical, Hospitality, Procurement, Courier industry & varied administrative roles ) and having been been a business owner of 3 businesses, communicating effectively in different situations obtaining a swift and appropriate resolution. I have a strong desire to learn, and pay close attention to detail.

The skills I have obtained equipped me to work effectively at all levels, from being a junior employee to being in management.

My previous background has been predominately in customer service roles, primarily over the telephone and face to face contact. I enjoy working with customers helping them deal with any queries or questions they may have. I have also managed diaries ( manual & computerised ), and scheduled bookings, provided options available, plus contracts, and spread sheet reports. I always maintain a positive and friendly attitude treating clients with dignity and respect, striving to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

I feel that these skills will be transferable to being part of I pick up on facts quickly, working well within a team or independently being organised and methodical.

I am enthusiastic about any opportunity to utilise my skills with the vast and varied knowledge I have gained over the years.
