More than 13 years' experiences in upstream oil and gas offshore platform and onshore, production and manufacturing, maintenance and engineering as well as petrochemical industry with strong technical and engineering background. Perform installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, shutdown, start up , service and overhaul , preventive and corrective maintenance, precision alignment change out all kind of compressor, turbine, generator, pump, HVAC, favco crane, heat exchanger and chiller, cooler fan, pigging operation, motor operated and pneumatic operated valve, wellhead control, reboiler and utility system. Ensure every work is compliance with petronas permit to work system, prepare job hazard analyst for each job, conduct toolbox talks before start job and review JHA. Identify root cause of failure, develop and implement effective solution not to occurrence of failure again. Ensure all maintenance records, repair work and spare parts order maintained in SAP/CMMS. Leadership and contribute technical and document to new technician. Have strong technical analytics knowledge, management, supervisory and interpersonal skill.
