Commune is right. Your Bachelor in Belgium does not count unless is taught in French or Dutch. I'd reccomend complete the integration course. It is easy and intersting to learn some stuff you might not know in Belgium. Read More

Employers only care to make sure he/she can legally work. Orange card and annex 19ter is enough. I would suggest to register first in interim agencies so he can find quickly something. Also he can register for Dutch or French classes as well Read More
