Greetings from Pakistan!

I submitted my documents on 22 of Sep by VFS center in Lahore, Pakistan and IBZ registered my application on 21 of Nov and now it's written:

(awaiting receipt of Documents supporting the visa application sent by diplomatic bag from the diplomatic/consular post.)

Can you please give me more information about it.

Thanks

ABS25

They need more documents and for that, they have asked the belgian embassy islamabad. Embassy will contact you to send those documents to embassy. Just wait for their email

@ABS25

I am thinking to provide them what Documents more. Because, i added all the important documents which they need.

Normally it means that all is okay. For my case, they wanted “proof of registration for submitted lease agreement” additionally.

@siyam etemadi Sometimes it is incompetence of embassy. They did not send your file properly meaning they did not send all documents. So just wait for the email of embassy.

If you have received "awaiting receipt of Documents supporting the visa application sent by diplomatic bag from the diplomatic/consular post" status then please email to "gh.visa@ibz.fgov.be". They will provide you the exact info about the additional documents and will process the visa faster.

For me within a day they approved the visa after emailing the additional document.

@arsu sahoo

My wife sent the email to know about this problem and they replied me in one hour which we need more documents and send it to one email as they mentioned and my wife sent more documents. But the mentioned email is not same as your mentioned email.

arsu sahoo

@siyam etemadi not sure of other email address but this one had helped me a lot . Anyway the goal is to get the visa approved as soon as possible.

shankaran133

@siyam etemadi can you provide that email address?

shankaran133

@arsu sahoo Indeed! Thanks for the info

shankaran133

Dear Friends,I have sent an email to gh.visa@ibz.fgov.be to check if any documents to be sent but no response yet.Below is the status and info I could see in the ibz site. I have noticed there is a slight change in the info, instead of diplomatic bag it's diplomatic delegation, is there a different meaning or still I need to wait an email from embassy - any lead please?Status file: PendingInfo - "If a file is still pending or if the file has not yet been processed because the documents supporting the visa application are awaited by diplomatic delegation, the date on which the visa application was registered by the Immigration Office will appear as the date."

@shankaran133

I think you should wait for an email from the embassy. If it doesn't come in soon, you should try to contact them yet again.

siyam etemadi

@shankaran133

Yes actually!

my info1 is not the same as your application.

shankaran133

@siyam etemadi  - ok, what is the status of your application, did you receive a response in the meantime?

@shankaran133
