Mandatory Yellow Fever Vaccine

My husband would like to apply for a family visit visa for his mother and father in the Philippines. One requirement for the international travelers to Saudi Arabia is the Yellow Fever vaccine. However, there is shortage and actually no available vaccine (as stated in BOQ website as of 06 November 2022). How do we proceed with our visa processing in VFS?
