Hi all,

My employer requires Annex 49 to start working either the 15th of November or 1st of December, I have managed to book appointment this Monday in city hall to get annex 49; Do I get it in the same day or it takes time ? if yes how long?

That's the evidence given to you to signify you have started your registration process. Once all your documents are ok they give it to you and don't loose you need it for the second step after police visitation

Hello guys.

I've just come in Belgium with an visa from my single permit annex 46 and on Monday I will go to the municipality to claim annex 49.

Do you maybe know what documents do I need to have in the municipality?

I actually have only my passport with the visa. Do I have to bring something else?

@Frahmouni Annex 49 is given immediately whenever you are legal to have it.
