Qiwa contract/transfer request

Hi everyone.

I've an issue please someone help me.

Actually I want to transfer my sponsorship from my kafeel to a new company. My kafeel told me to do transfer as soon as possible otherwise he will put final exit on me. Now the company agreed and they say they will send me Qiwa contract and transfer request but my kafeel already put Final exit 5 days ago, now my question is that " will i recieve the qiwa contract request while being on Final Exit" ? Because I know once i recive the qiwa request "if possible" , i'll pay some money to kafeel and he will cancel my Final exit but will I recieve the Qiwa contract request or not in this situatuon. If Yes, then i'll pay the kafeel and he'll cancel the final exit and I'll accept the contract and transfer to new employer/company.

Please guide me. I'll be very grateful.
