Greetings,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to ask a question if you would mind.


Since early November 2022, I have applied for a Premium visa and received the confirmation email but up to now I haven't received any response as it's mentioned on the website.

Otherwise, I applied along with someone, that person received rejection email right after 3 days in November.

I have sent multiple emails and called several times till now no response and as I'm a remote worker which will start in late December, I'm a bit confused about the process.

I would like to know if you have any experience or procedure  of sure situation, I grateful to be assisted.

Hi I used an agent to get mine but you certainly don't have to.  Our second one this year was applied for on the 23 September and we got them last week.... We were told by immigration they had a massive back log.   One can call the office and enquire.  Sorry don't have the numbers myself. Good luck!
