Newborn cpr process

Hi there

i just want to find out exactly what the process is to get a cpr for my newborn that is due in the next week or two. The hospital gave us a form to fill in which we have and will take with when our baby arrives. As I understand they will use this for the birth certificate. What else do we need to do to get the birth certificate and cpr? We both are residents and Im on my husbands visa. Also what exactly does the cpr mean as the baby wont have a passport yet, this will take a few months to get and then only can we get a visa for her. Thanks

You have to first get the hospital birth notification, apply for a birth certificate online, get passport made for the new born, open file with npra, get a dependent visa and then the CPR is the last step.
