Follow up for second time

Dear all

I was tested once for residence visa and they called me for follow-up where they took three more blood sample and after that they asked me to wait for 3-4 days for results. But after around 7 days they told me that i need to revisit for third time for final follow-up next month. What could be the reason. Anyone please guide?
