Changing to investor visa by joining as partner of existing wll

Is it possible to invest as share partner in an existing wll CR, active with license , while I am an employee in another company on a valid work visa, and have valid CPR? What is the procedure to be followed?

You will need an NOC from your existing employer. The process has been covered in detail on the sticky "How to set up a company".

good day, how can I change from worker visa to investor visa in the same company? do i need to cancel the previous working visa and apply as investor visa? thanks

Yes you need to cancel and reapply. Work to investor cannot be transferred.
