SCE Membership required before Visa stamping

Greetings Everyone!

I want to seek your advice or a solution to my situation. I've been directly hired by a Saudi Project Management company. I am currently residing in SEA. An architect visa has been provided, upon processing my Visa stamping, my documents were sent back by the embassy as they require SCE Membership. Unfortunately, my SCE Registration has been rejected due to the "5 years requirement" I only graduated last 2019. Upon inquiring with my colleagues currently working in Saudi Arabia. Most of them got approved even without the 5 years requirement. One of them graduated the same year as me. Currently, I'm in shambles on what to do as my employment is on the line (I've waited almost 7 months due to documents and inter-country processes).

dear the sce will not approve your membership untill you have completed 5 years after graduation date they r very strict now.

Hi,

I have been membership of SCE as Technician, am i eligible to sponsor family residence visa? if so, do i need to get my diploma certificate attested? SCE (Jawazat) already approved my Diploma certificate which has UAE MOFA attested and i got SCE membership ID too.
