I read on Google that the cost of living in the Uk is 5.2 times more than in Ghana. If that is the case my Pension would allow me to have a nice lifestyle. But being 70 with a few health concerns I required Medication. Is it expensive or is it impossible to get Medication there? And how is healthcare etc…. Thanks

There are some very good pharmacies here that should be able to get you the medications you require but not sure how expensive they will be as anything imported tends to be expensive. Paying privately at a good hospital or medical centre should get you reasonable medical attention but I suggest you get good medical insurance or join WARA when you get here as they will medivac you in an emergency.
