I suggest you look on the ghana immigration website and see what the regulations are if you want to set up a business here.

Hello, my family and I will be moving to Accra in Jan. (approx). I am from Kansas and my husband is from Ghana. After ten years here together we are moving to be closer to his family. I was wondering is watching children in your home (childcare services) regulated in some way. Would I need special local certification to do so? I am considering providing child care after we move. THANK YOU for any info.

Not sure if there are any regulations. Perhaps if you look on the Ghana gov website you might find something. Good luck with your move.
