Hi All,

1) Is it advisable to do an appeal to ICA (via email or physical letter submission) post PR rejection?

2) How does ICA perceive an appeal from the candidate post the rejection? Is it perceived negatively by them having known the fact that the candidate is asking them to reconsider their decision?

3) Has any one come across any case with in their known circle (either family, friends, colleagues) where after rejection up on making an appeal the PR outcome is favorable or approved?

I have never heard of a successful PR rejection appeal, and of very few appeals at all.

It only has a chance if you have information that was not previously included and addresses the rejection reason (which is not normally disclosed by ICA). Just asking them to look at it again will not change their assessment!
