Hi,

I received an email today that our passports are being returned via courier but no word on the decision.

If the visa d is refused, would we have received another email with this information?

We're applying from the UK so we can't check DOFI as this isn't applicable to us

We applied 29th December - they told us at the TLS Centre they process long stay visas really quickly (usually within 10-15 days)

im in this same situation, no word about my visa application, but just my passport being dispatched from VFS

my dofi result is still the ssme "toekenning visum op vorlegging bijkommende stukken"

but they received my additional documents last Friday

I applied from South Africa on 11th of November, file received in Brussels 8 December. Still waiting.
