Dear All,

Currently i am in saudi arabia and I have a job opportunity in qatar. My employer in saudi is not giving me exit.. I will go on exit and re entry and join company in qatar as they already sent me work visa. . Please confirm if there will be an issue in issuing work permit in qatar? My employment visa of Saudi arabia pasted on my passport already expired last year but only saudi iqama is valid for few months. I am asking this because some people say you can't have more than 1 valid gcc employement visa and it will create problem in getting work permit in qatar

You are free to go to qatar and there wont be any issue. Only oroblem would be a ban on returning to Saudi for next 5 years.

Employer will give exit re entry but not final exit..No end of service benefits, only exit re entry and i will join new company in qatar

Legally employer cannot deny final exit (subject to employment agreement terms) additionally employer is bound to the end of service and returns ticket to the home country of the employee. you can lodge a complaint to HR Ministry online
